How engagement works with BYBOWU

You are busy, so we keep collaboration straightforward.

• 1. Intro call: A 30–45 minute conversation about your goals, constraints, timelines, and current stack. If there is a fit, we outline the right-sized consulting package.
• 2. Proposal and scope: You receive a short proposal with scope, approach, timeline, and budget range, usually within one business day once we have the essentials.
• 3. Working sessions: We run focused workshops and async reviews, share interim documents in plain English, and keep you out of technical detail unless you want to dive in.
• 4. Deliverables and handover: You get the agreed roadmap, architecture notes, and action plan in formats your team can actually use, plus a review call to walk through decisions.
• 5. Build or advise: You can either move into a build phase with BYBOWU or have us support your existing vendors as a senior second set of eyes.

If your team prefers in-person workshops and is close enough, we can arrange sessions on-site. Most clients, however, work with us fully remote without any loss of clarity.
