• We may decline projects that are not a fit or that pose legal, security, or reputational risk.

Client Work and Deliverables

For paid work, the signed agreement defines scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance, fees, IP ownership, and support. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Work is delivered in phases and may require timely feedback to stay on schedule.
• Third-party services (hosting, analytics, payment processors, etc.) are subject to their own terms and fees.
• We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific techniques across projects.

No Guarantees

We aim to deliver high-quality engineering and marketing outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or business results because they depend on factors outside our control (market, competition, budgets, product, timing, and operational execution).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYBOWU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the website. For client work, liability terms are defined in the signed agreement.
