Graphic design that helps you sell, not just look good

If you own revenue, marketing, or operations, you do not need random pretty graphics. You need a concrete visual system and ready-to-use assets that make sales decks clearer, ads more clickable, and follow-ups more professional.

BYBOWU is a web, app, and design agency based in Phoenix, AZ and working with teams across the US and worldwide. This graphic design service is the practical layer of our broader UI/UX & Branding Design Services, focused on logos, decks, social, and print that support campaigns and day-to-day work, not just a rebrand presentation.

Where design is likely costing you deals

Most teams we work with are not starting from zero; they are dealing with design that is inconsistent, slow to produce, or hard to use in real campaigns.

  • Your logo, colors, and typography look different on every platform, so the brand never quite feels trustworthy.
  • Sales decks and PDFs are rebuilt for every meeting, wasting time and diluting the story each time someone edits them.
  • Paid and organic graphics blend into the feed, are hard to test, and your team has no clear template to follow.
  • Print jobs come back with color issues or wrong sizing, and nobody is sure if it was the file, the vendor, or both.
  • Freelancers, agencies, and internal teams all produce assets, but there is no single visual system tying it together.

Our job is to replace that mess with a simple, documented visual system and a set of concrete assets that your team can use immediately in sales, marketing, and operations.

What we actually design for you

This service is a focused, execution-heavy branch of our design work. You can start small with one asset type, or combine several tracks into a single engagement if you want a more complete toolkit.

Logo and visual identity foundations

Your logo is just one piece. We create a compact, practical identity that works across websites, apps, ads, and print without constant guesswork.

  • Custom logo suites (primary, secondary, favicon or app icon, monochrome variants).
  • Color palettes and typography systems that still read well in small UI, decks, and outdoor signage.
  • Basic usage rules for spacing, backgrounds, minimum sizes, and accessibility considerations.

Social media and digital campaign design

We design on-brand social and ad assets that your team or agency can scale without reinventing the wheel each time.

  • Post, story, and carousel templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Ad variations laid out with clear hierarchy for offer, proof, and call-to-action.
  • Platform-specific crops, safe zones, and export presets so everything publishes cleanly.

Marketing collateral for sales and events

When you need something you can send, print, or put on a table at a conference, we design it for clarity and quick scanning.

  • Sales brochures and leave-behinds that explain value in seconds, not pages.
  • Service and product one-pagers aligned with your current sales script and funnel.
  • Event materials like flyers, trade show signage, and pull-up banners with legible messaging.

We supply print-ready exports with correct bleeds, margins, and color profiles for your printer.

Presentations and pitch decks

Whether you are pitching investors, partners, or enterprise customers, the deck needs a clear story and visuals that do not fight the message.

  • Restructured slide flow around a simple narrative (problem, solution, traction, roadmap, ask).
  • Data visualization and product screen layouts that make complex ideas easy to follow.
  • Reusable master templates and icon sets so future decks stay consistent without our help.

Infographics and data visualization

We turn dense information into visuals your team can use in reports, content, and internal communication.

  • Process diagrams, roadmaps, and product explainers for web, decks, and PDFs.
  • Infographics for blog content, whitepapers, and social campaigns.
  • Chart styles and simple dashboards that match your brand and stay readable.

We pay attention to contrast, font size, and color use so your graphics are usable on smaller screens and in darker rooms.

Print, packaging, and production support

You should not be paying for reprints because of file mistakes. We handle the technical parts and coordinate with vendors when needed.

  • Print specs, bleeds, CMYK profiles, and dielines for boxes, sleeves, and labels.
  • Direct collaboration with your print vendors to confirm formats and avoid surprises.
  • Digital proofs and test runs for higher-risk or higher-volume jobs.

Editable templates and brand guidelines

Design scales when your team can safely self-serve. We make that practical, not academic.

  • Editable templates in Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools based on how your team already works.
  • Compact brand guidelines covering logo, color, typography, imagery, and do/don't examples.
  • Optional template libraries for marketing, sales, and HR so every new asset feels like the same brand.

What you can order

  • Essentials brand kit — A compact logo suite, color palette, typography basics, and a 1–2 page usage guide so you stop reinventing the brand on every asset.
  • Sales and deck starter bundle — 1–2 sales one-pagers, a short slide deck template, and a follow-up PDF layout designed to plug into your current sales process.
  • Social media design system — Branded post, story, and ad templates for up to 3 platforms, plus export presets and a simple guide for your internal or external marketing team.
  • Pitch deck and infographics package — An investor or partnership deck, 3–5 supporting diagrams or infographics, and chart styles you can reuse in future reports.
  • Event and print kit — Flyers, event banners, and simple signage, all delivered as print-ready files with optional coordination with your print vendor.
  • Ongoing creative support retainer — A fixed monthly block of design hours for new campaigns, product launches, and refinements without scoping a new project each time.

How the design process works

The process is structured enough to stay on track and light enough not to drown you in workshops.

  1. Quick discovery and asset review. We talk through goals, constraints, and timelines, then review your current assets, funnels, and key touchpoints where design needs to perform.
  2. Creative direction and examples. We define 1–2 visual routes, usually with moodboards and a few quick examples, so you can react before we invest heavily in production.
  3. Concepts in real use cases. We design initial concepts as real assets, such as a slide, one-pager, or social post, so feedback is grounded in how you actually sell and market.
  4. Refinement into a system. We refine the chosen direction into templates, layout patterns, and basic rules that work across digital and print.
  5. Production and handover. You get organized source files, web exports, print-ready PDFs, and clear instructions. If needed, we brief your web team, marketing agency, or print vendors.
  6. Optional ongoing support. Many clients keep us on a light retainer to keep new campaigns, features, and materials aligned with the core system.

Deliverables you can count on

Exact deliverables depend on scope, but a typical project includes a clear, documented set of files your team can actually use.

  • Logo suite: primary and secondary versions, monochrome variants, favicon or app icon.
  • Brand system basics: color palette, typography, simple grid rules, imagery and icon style direction.
  • Editable templates: social posts and ads, presentation master decks, and recurring document layouts.
  • Marketing collateral: brochures, service one-pagers, event signage, and trade show materials.
  • Infographics and data layouts: diagrams and chart styles for web, decks, and PDF reports.
  • File package: organized source files (Figma and/or Adobe), vector logos, optimized web exports (PNG/JPEG/WebP), and print-ready CMYK PDFs.
  • Optional production support: packaging dielines, test proofs, and direct vendor coordination where needed.

Proof it works in the real world

Modern marketplace visuals

For fashion and tactical marketplaces like SixZeros and BEZET, we created marketing-ready visuals and supporting graphics that match the product UI and help ad creatives and landing pages feel like one coherent experience.

SaaS decks that clarify a complex product

For B2B and SaaS platforms, we have taken dense product explanations and turned them into focused pitch decks and diagrams, making it easier for founders and sales teams to explain value in partner and investor meetings.

Event and series branding

Events teams running multi-city series used our unified flyer, banner, and social ad kits so every location felt on-brand, while sponsors and attendees saw a consistent, professional presence across channels.

Support for digital product launches

For web apps and platforms such as Roome and MonoDrop, we have designed decks, onboarding PDFs, and social assets aligned with the product UI, helping acquisition and user education run off the same visual playbook.

Why choose BYBOWU for graphic design

  • Built for real products and funnels. We are not only a design studio, we also handle web development, website design, and SEO & digital marketing. Your visuals are tested against real interfaces and campaigns, not just a standalone brand book.
  • Clear scope and honest tradeoffs. You get a defined scope, timeline, and feedback structure. We are direct about what fits into phase 1 and what is better left for later so you do not overinvest before the basics are working.
  • Systems, not one-offs. We design reusable templates and guidelines so your internal team can ship new assets quickly without eroding the brand each time they edit a file.
  • Easy collaboration across time zones. We are used to working with busy teams in different countries using async tools, shared workspaces, and focused calls, so projects move forward without you chasing designers.
  • A partner for the next phases. Once the visual system is in place, you can plug it into new sites, apps, and campaigns with our help or with your existing teams. We stay available for ongoing refinement rather than a one-time handoff.

Questions founders usually ask

What budget range should we plan for?

Smaller, focused projects like a one-pager or social template set usually sit in the lower four figures. A fuller identity and collateral system is higher. After a short call or email exchange, we share a clear range and, if useful, a phased option. You can also review typical ranges on our Prices page.

How long does a typical engagement take?

A compact logo and essentials kit often takes 2–3 weeks. A more complete identity with key collateral usually runs 3–6 weeks. Once the core system is ready, new campaign assets are often turned around within a few business days, depending on complexity and feedback speed.

How many revision rounds are included?

We agree on revision rounds per phase before kickoff, for example 2 rounds on logo concepts and 1–2 rounds on key templates. If new ideas appear mid-project, we flag them as either part of the current scope or as a separate mini-phase so there are no surprises.

Will the designs work with our website, app, and CMS?

Yes. Because we design and build digital products through services like Website Design, Web Development, and WordPress Development, we provide dev-friendly exports, component-friendly layouts, and documentation your internal or external teams can implement.

Who owns the final design files?

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final design assets. By default we may show selected work in our portfolio. If your project is confidential, tell us and we will keep it private.

Can you work directly with our printer or marketing agency?

Yes. We regularly coordinate with print vendors and external marketing teams. We confirm specs, share templates, and align on file formats so you are not stuck acting as the middle layer between everyone.

Next step: tell us what needs to be designed

If you already know what you need, send over a quick list of assets and any deadlines. We can usually respond within one business day with a rough plan, timeline, and budget range.

If you are still figuring it out, we can review your current visuals, point out the gaps that slow sales and marketing down, and propose a simple phase 1 that makes sense.
