Your workflowFixed scope

Compatibility and any provider fees are checked first. Your quote names the tools, data and agreed tests.

Related work you can inspect

FixAndy connects a public quote-request form to saved requests and status administration. Vizitour brings tour selection, booking records, Stripe-hosted checkout and payment webhooks into one product.

Your own workflow is checked against the tools and access available before we agree the scope.

Start with the job you need done

These are examples of scopes we can investigate. Availability depends on the website, tools and access you have.

Website inquiries → customer records

Capture the agreed contact details, route them to your existing CRM or administration system, and make the next action visible to the team.

Booking → payment → status

Connect the agreed reservation and payment states so a pending payment is distinct from a confirmed booking. Keep the customer and staff messages consistent.

Customer request → team follow-up

Put requests in the right place, name who handles them and show their status. A notification alone is not the same as a saved, actionable record.

A connection, a new website or a custom product?

Choose the smallest scope that does the job. An integration into an existing website is quoted separately from a new website package.

Connect existing tools

You have a website and tools. One part of the workflow needs connecting.

  • Named website, tools and workflow
  • Compatibility and account-plan check
  • Agreed inputs, destination and confirmations
  • Success and failure tests named in the quote
  • Release approval and handover responsibilities

Describe my workflow

Need a new website too? Business is $5,900 for custom design, up to ten pages and a content editor. Business Plus is $8,900: Business plus a booking-tool connection or blog, a second language and one named standard integration. Custom workflows and provider fees are additional.

A new custom web product starts from $14,900 after the $1,900 planning sprint, credited toward the build. That is a separate product scope, not a required first step for every integration. When app planning makes sense · All prices.

Plan the connection before you buy

Practical questions to answer with your team before asking for a fixed integration quote.

Connect website inquiries to your CRM. Decide which fields to save, what counts as a duplicate and who follows up.

Add booking and deposits to your website. Agree on availability, payment status, cancellation and confirmation.

Before we connect anything

Provider accounts stay in your name. Use public links in this brief. Leave out passwords, API keys and private customer records; we arrange access after confirming the fit.

Can you keep our current website and tools?

That is our starting point. We check your website, the named tools, your subscription levels and the access available. If a supported connection already does the job, we can scope its setup. If a provider prevents the required connection, we explain the limitation before you commit to implementation.

How much does an integration cost?

An existing-site integration has a fixed quote after we check the tools and agree on one or more named workflows. The quote lists the inputs, destination, confirmations, testing, handover and exclusions. Business Plus is $8,900 for its published website scope, including one named standard integration; it is not a fixed price for any custom workflow.

How do we know it works?

We agree on the complete customer and staff journey, then test it with approved sample data on a preview or test environment where available. The scope names the success and failure cases, including repeated submissions and provider failures where relevant. We record results, unchecked cases and any launch blockers before you approve release.

Who owns the accounts, and what happens afterward?

Provider accounts stay in your name. You own the new code, design and content we create once paid, subject to third-party licenses. Handover names the account owners, settings and operating instructions. Errors in our new delivered work relative to the written scope are fixed free for 30 days and for as long as we host it. Provider changes, inherited defects, ongoing monitoring and added features are separately scoped.
