You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. Start with the person using the product and the task they need to finish. We turn that into a scope and a price you can decide on.
Three different deliverables
A prototype shows the idea
Sketches or clickable screens help you discuss a flow. They do not automatically include real accounts, stored data, payments or a production backend. Prototype work is quoted to an agreed scope; we do not advertise a production app for $1,900.
The sprint defines the work
One week, $1,900: a feature list, user flows, sketches of the main screens and a fixed build price and timeline. Keep the planning deliverables. If you build with us, the sprint fee is credited toward the project.
The build delivers the product
A first useful version—often called an MVP—does the agreed real tasks. Web products start at $14,900, mobile apps at $19,900 and marketplaces at $24,900. The fixed quote follows the sprint.
A website may be enough
If the job is to show services and receive inquiries, start with a website. Launch is $1,490 for up to five pages. Booking tools or existing services can sometimes cover the rest. Find your starting point.

The user and the job
An independent instructor needs to publish class times. A student needs to request a place and know whether it is confirmed.
Candidate first-release scope
- Instructor signs in and creates a class.
- Student finds a class and requests a place.
- Instructor confirms or declines the request.
- Student sees the booking status.
One user flow
Class list → class details → booking request → confirmation state. Also sketch what happens when the class is full, the request fails or the instructor cancels.

Questions before a fixed quote
- Are payments taken in the product or elsewhere?
- Can students cancel, and who approves refunds?
- Is capacity fixed, and can seats be reserved temporarily?
- Which emails or notifications are needed?
Decisions and handover
Agree what is included and deferred; name provider costs and required accounts; define acceptance checks. The actual sprint ends with the written build price, timeline and these planning documents.
What to send us
Describe the intended user, their main task, what happens today and any deadline. Share existing screens or a link if you have them. A few clear sentences are enough to begin.
