After launch
Every project includes 30 days of fixes for bugs in our work. Those fixes stay included for as long as we host it. Care adds time for changes.

Plans are optional. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid period when cancelled before renewal. Annual Hosting renews only with your agreement; unused full prepaid months are refundable. Shopify stores remain hosted by Shopify, whose subscription is separate.

What if I do not approve the design?
You approve the homepage or agreed key app screens before the build continues, with two rounds of changes. Before approval, monthly Launch can stop with nothing owed; a one-time build can stop with only the 30% build deposit owed. Delivered sprint work is a separate planning purchase.
Why is the monthly total different?
One-time Launch is $1,490. Monthly Launch is $0 down and 12 payments of $149, totaling $1,788, starting at launch. Both include first-year hosting. The monthly installment is payment for the site, not a separate Care plan.
What does the $1,900 sprint buy?
A feature list, user flows, main-screen sketches, and a fixed price for the build. It is not a working app. You keep the planning deliverables even if you do not build with us. If you do, the fee is credited toward the build.
Can I end monthly Launch early?
Design approval commits to 12 payments. If you stop after approval, the remaining installments are still due. Pay that balance early to receive ownership and the completed work; there is no extra cancellation fee.
Who owns the finished work?
You own the code, design and content we create once paid in full. Monthly Launch transfers on payment 12 or early payoff. Third-party components retain their own licenses. We hand over the code and database at no charge once ownership transfers.
What is separate from these prices?
Your quote lists domain names, Shopify or other subscriptions, paid tools, app-store accounts and usage-based provider fees. New features or scope additions are quoted in writing first. Launch has no content editor or included monthly edits; Care or quoted tasks cover changes.
