We built a private task board that connects website checks, Search Console, analytics and missing-page signals. Each task has a priority, an owner and a stable identity, so repeated checks update the same issue.
Check whether the change worked
The rules engine can resolve an issue after a successful check or reopen a task if the problem remains. Missing or failed data sources stay visible rather than being treated as a clean result.
A repeatable review workflow
The board keeps the finding, the work and the follow-up check together. The workflow diagram explains these connections; any interface examples use fictional records.
