We built an inquiry pipeline that carries a website brief from first contact through qualification, quote and outcome. Source context and follow-up dates stay with the same record.

Separate follow-up from notification delivery

Staff can track first response, quoted work and agreed work separately. Email and Telegram notifications have delivery records, retries and visible failed or unconfigured states.

Make the next action visible

The pipeline combines lead status, a next follow-up and notification status so staff can see what needs attention. Interface examples use fictional inquiries.
